 We offer private hire of our gymnastics facility. You can also have access to our kitchen and viewing gallery if you wish..

Private Hire of Whitehall Gymnastics Club, of our facility is exclusively yours for one hour.

All details and terms and conditions below are below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Booking Information

Duration: 1 hour of exclusive use of Whitehall Gymnastics Club

Safety Guidelines and Rules

•  This service is not available for parties or similar events.

• If any toys and or equipment is used please ensure these are tidied away at the end of your session.

-       All safety rules will be observed and enforced by a member of staff on site

• You are responsible for your group's safety.

• The ‘responsible person’ must ensure the gym is left in an acceptable condition. 

• There is a late fee charge if you run over 10 minutes of your allocated time. Late charge £10 for every 10 minutes. 

• This is 1 hour for exclusive use, no coach led activities or structure.

Maximum Capacity - A maximum of 12 participants this is including any spectators.

Anyone exceeding this will not be permitted to hire the gym again and will be charged extra.

We appreciate your co-operation in keeping the gymnasium safe and clean for everyone.​

Terms and Conditions
By booking with Whitehall Gymnastics Club you agree to the following:

Payment - Full payment is required to confirm and secure your booking, without this your booking is not safe.

Refund Policy - No refunds are available. We can reschedule your slot with at least 48 hours' written notice, provided we can resell your slot. The new booking must occur within one calendar month of the original date.

Medical Conditions - Consult a healthcare professional if you or your child have any existing medical conditions before attending, as we are not medically qualified to provide suitability advice.

Liability - Whitehall Gymnastics Club is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury while parking, transferring to the gym, or on the premises. Participation in the gymnasium is at your own risk.

Behaviour Policy - We reserve the right to ask any attendee who does not respect the facilities building, or equipment to leave. 

Attire - All people in the gym must wear appropriate clothing; entry may be refused without it. All jewellery must be removed before entering the gym. Outdoor shoes must be removed before entering the gymnasium, and no buggies or prams are allowed in the gym area. They must be left in the corridor or changing rooms.

Unforeseen Circumstance - In the event of unforeseen circumstances that Whitehall Gymnastics Club are unable to facilitate your private hire, we will offer you the option to rebook or a refund.

Additional Options

​​​

• Viewing gallery an extra £50 (extra toilets, cleaning costs for upstairs and additional staff for spectators)

• Bookings for events and performance displays that include spectators will incur a cleaning fee. (Cleaning fee £30)

• All general cleaning equipment including vacuum, mops, brooms, and wet floor signs can be found in the kitchen next to the cleaning cupboard. The mop buckets can be found in the kitchen. Towels can also be found next to the freezer.

• We may be able to offer the private hire for more than 12 people but additional costs will apply.
