All gymnasts must hold a valid British Gymnastics membership with insurance paid in full before they are able to participate in any session. If membership is not active, the gymnast will not be permitted to train. British Gymnastics membership runs on a rolling annual basis from the date of registration.

  • Gymnasts and parents/guardians agree to comply with all club policies, statements, codes of conduct, and payment terms at all times.

  • Jewellery must be worn in line with British Gymnastics regulations. Please refer to the relevant codes of conduct for full details of the jewellery policy.

  • Gymnasts under the age of 16 must be accompanied to and from sessions by a responsible adult. Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian until they are signed in and registered in the gym hall.
Please do not drop children off in the car park. Responsibility remains with parents/guardians until the gymnast is safely registered inside the gym.

  • Parents and gymnasts should be aware that gymnastics is a physical sport which carries inherent risks. Although extensive safety measures, equipment, and matting are in place, these cannot completely eliminate the risk of injury.

  • Under no circumstances should gymnastics, physical activity, or any form of sport take place in the changing rooms, corridors, or any other areas of the premises outside of the gym hall.

  • Our aim is to support and develop our gymnasts to progress towards appropriate level competitions.

  • Whitehall Gymnastics Club reserves the right to adjust a gymnast’s training programme to reflect their ability, commitment, development, and progress. This may include an increase or decrease in training hours and will be at the discretion of the Senior Coaching Team.
