Groupings will be organised after all entries are received and will be split by age and level.

Acro Skills Workshop (Ages 5–13)
Rolls, Cartwheels, Handstands & Bridges
This 50 minute workshop is designed to introduce and develop key acrobatic skills, including rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and bridges.
Our focus is on breaking down each movement into simple, manageable steps—making it suitable for all children, regardless of experience. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to refine their technique, this workshop is perfect for anyone eager to learn the basics of acro in a supportive environment.

Gymnastics Equipment Workshop
Includes Bars, Beam & Floor Beam Stations
This 50 minute workshop features a variety of fun and engaging stations, including Bars, Beam, and Floor Beam.
It's ideal for children who already enjoy their regular gymnastics classes, as well as those who are curious and would like to give gymnastics a try. It’s a great opportunity to explore our equipment in a supportive and structured environment.

4:00-5:00pm - Taster session
For those on our waiting list or wanting to have a go at one of our gymnastics classes. Fully structured, coach leg.
